While I enjoy each and every e-mail, I hope that I didn't mislead anyone with my invitation to send me questions that I would be able to address each and every one individually - I'm afraid there just isn't enough time in the day for that! I don't want to discourage anyone, so let me reset the expectations that I didn't set in the previous column: I cannot respond to your e-mail, but I will read all of them and pick one (or more, depending on available space) to address in my next column.
